GROUP PROJECT

For our group project, we have decided to use "Bullying" as our main focus. Because bullying has been such a consistent issue in our society for so many years, we thought it would be interesting to use our artistic backgrounds and experiences, to create a representation that portrays the impact bullying has left on numerous people, especially children. As we've been tossing around an assortment of ideas on the table, I believe we really want a strong and significant message to come out of the work and effort we wish to put behind it.

GROUP PROJECT

For our group project, we have decided to use the theme of "Bullying" as our main premise. Through our different majors, experiences, and of course, personalities, we have been tossing around an assortment of ideas and ways to convey how bullying has truly impacted many individuals, as well as the families of those who have been subjected to bullying in any way. With this project, I feel that we hope to illustrate a powerful and influential message through what each of us continue artistically, and through the domain of technology.

A Small Break

So as of now, I have a small break from my daily routine of Student Teaching and such... It's February break for students, which in turn means, a break for teachers. As a music educator, it's been quite an experience teaching and observing in an assortment of schools with extremely diverse music programs. With that said, having this small break has given me the time and opportunity to expand upon different activities and engagements that I would like to implement in some of my classroom environments. Having this time of course is also a small slice of rest and relaxation that is highly needed!
